Our Team:

The XOPS team combines 178+ years of drilling, training and analyzing experience. Extensive Operational Performance Services specializes in HMI operations, and we will bring our knowledge and new approach to your operation on location.

Our Training:

Our training is strategically different whereby we come to you. We will, through analysis of the operations, find ways and areas where improvement can be made. We will train and evaluate personnel on an individual basis in the use of drilling equipment to alleviate unsafe practices and operator errors. We will offer our knowledge of the industry to the ever increasing inexperienced rig population and help to optimize your operation for full client satisfaction - and achieve this with minimal interference to your operations.
